Firefox erased ALL mybookmarks when it updated now I can't get them back

The last update Firefox erased all my bookmarks. It's completely empty. I had 30+ bookmarks. How do I get them back? Thanks.

ericcallner, first you could try the steps in the section "Restoring from backups" here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them

If that doesn't work, then next you could try the steps in the following article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/recover-user-data-missing-after-firefox-update
