try to break up the connection between win pc and mobile to if that is possible and disconnect the synchronization of both devices so it rest.try to check for the antivirus and firewalls disconnect both devices as described from that connection try to search for bad add ons and start up in the recommended safe modes.search for bad software that can interrupt all the other software that is installed there and certainly for or on places for that operating system s software possibility's .
