When I try to sign on I get message that login to Roadrunner/TWC failed. I don't normally get a request for a password when signing on to Thurnderbird. I have a password that is described as for email doesn't work. How do I get around this?

We have no extensions, reinstall didnt work. tried to downgrade but than the emailt dont work. We get the new emails, we can reply to a mail, but the new email window don't shows up.

Trying to save individual emails (.eml) to a network drive gives a permissions error from TB, file is created on drive but as zero Bytes. Was previously working until update to ltatest version. Firefox also will not save to network drive - again creates folders/subfolders on the drive but all at 0B. Is this an APPARMOR issues?

Using Tunderbird 128.8.1esr (64-Bit) on Windows 11 Since today, my externally bound-in calendars (not google) stopped working. When i start Thunderbird, the calendars load as usual and all appointments show up, but after a few seconds, all calendars disappear. I can neither add new appointments nor see the current ones.
I am using no addons, so I guess the calendar app is lightning
Additionally, this seems to be not the first time, that a thunderbird update causes problems with the calendar (that is delivered within the same software-suite!) as i have seen multiple versions of the same post with different build numbers, all with the "solution" to reinstall. Thit can't be the goal of QC.

I'll admit that I had too much stuff in my Thunderbird - saved emails, spam builds up fast, maybe didn't clean out my incoming enough, etc.
But About once a week I delete my junk and spam and then empty trash. Last night I emptied trash as usual, and T-bird cleaned out almost everything—much of my incoming, and most of all the emails I had saved in sub-folders.
I'm working on settling my brain down from that, but meanwhile my sent emails aren't copying to the sent folder, and when I accidently delete an incoming email, it doesn't revert back with a command-z.
Obviously I'm quite nervous, and wondering where do I go from here?
