Chosen solution

Have you enabled scrollbars in W11 Settings, Accessibility, Visual effects?

The first picture shows the scrollbar with widget.non-native-theme.scrollbar.style set to 0 (default) and the second shows the scrollbar with the pref. set to 4.

I tried the suggestions from StanceStans and RZiggy and neither had any effect on the Thunderbird scrollbar size. I restarted Thunderbird and restarted the PC with no change.

I have a PC using W10 and the Thunderbird scrollbar size is fine, whereas the W11 is very narrow. I can use it but a thicker scrollbar would be helpful.

When I enabled 'Always show scrollbars' in 'Visual Effects', a 4 worked well.

Thank you!

Yes, After I enabled 'always show scrollbars' it's much better.
