I am sorry that I do not understand your question.

Do you mean that you transferred the settings of Thunderbird for desktop to Thunderbird for Android by using QR code, and your gmail account appears in Thunderbird for Android, but the emails in gmail account does not appear in Thunderbird for Android?

Does gmail account in Thunderbird for desktop use IMAP or use POP?

Does gmail account in Thunderbird for Android use IMAP or use POP?
