Missing 'user name' and 'password' options

I can't seem to be able to log into my Help Scout account. When I go to the site, it won't show the 'username' and 'password' fields to enter the data. See picture. It should be on the left where it's all blank. I was able to log in on other browsers, but it won't allow me to do it in Firefox.

Did you contact them about why it doesn't work with Firefox?
