No Desktop View on 8.4 inch Android Tablet

My 8.4 inch android Allocube Iplay 50 tablet cannot get desktop view. The mobile view is a non starter. My old Kindle has a great tabbed setup, as does my Firefox Windows which I've used for over 10 years. All my research on this indicates it should be available, but I can't make it happen. Is there a solution? Thanks
