Where are local folder subfolders stored?

I lost my address book and local folders when 128.7 got installed. I have regular file backups of my computer and have been able to get my address book restored. However, I am unable to find the subfolders under Local Folders. Should I look under AppData in Local, LocalLow, or Roaming?
