My specialty Pharmacy said I needed Firefox for them to download on my Yahoo calendar. But I have Firefox! So I can’t go any further in my Steps process with them! What do I do???

Have you tried other browser to see what if any issues occur there as well?

It looks like you have Firefox for iPhone an that may be confusing for them. This is strange to expect special kind of browser just to download something. Can you try with a desktop computer?
