Hi. Long time user, first time writer....

I like the older versions of Thunderbird without message threading. I tried to turn off in Settings Config but did not work. Can I revert to an older version? Or can you please tell me how to make the threading stop? I am on a Mac.

Thank you! Frani

I assume that the interface is the same as Windows so, simply, click on the Thread toggle in the main interface where the emails are listed (attached)

Disabling the thread for the folder by clicking on the thread toggle is useful, thanks, but what we would really like is the option to disable threads altogether.

It's more of an "I have very strong negative feelings toward this 'feature' and would like for it to go away forever" situation...

In my experience, threads do not add, but rather subtract value from the application. I understand there must be some people out there who find it useful but, clearly, we should have an option to disable it across all of Thunderbird.

Thanks for your help!
