Firefox security certifacte expiration

more options

I have recently received a notice from Mozilla informing me that the Security Certificate for Firefox is set to expire, and if I do not update it, Firefox may develop issues and stop functioning. As I am not very tech savy, and do not understand the language, I do not know igf/how this will affect my system. It is set to update automatically. I have included a screenshot of the notice below. I keep the system simple, and do not use add-ons, etc. Can someone please explain what all this means in laymans terms?

Hi, the Firefox you posted with indicated it is version 128, so no problem on this installation.

I wonder whether you have any older installations of Firefox that might have triggered that message, maybe on a different computer?
