Are you able to print using other applications, such as Word or Acrobat? If you are able to print to your printer using other applications, then Firefox usually can also print.

Email sites are a little tricky because they often display messages with two or three columns. To isolate the message for printing, look for a printer icon, menu, or drop-down list of actions above the specific message. This often will create a clean page for printing.

If your mail site doesn't have a clean view, then let us know more about the site and if someone is familiar with it, we might know how best to print a sent message there.
