I want my emails in my inbox to be on 1 line. Now they are expanded to 3. Any thoughts?

Hi Mark,
You are seeing the card view. You want the table view. Just above the list of messages, on the far right is an icon that will show you the options.

click the hamburger menu in upper right, then click the 'compact' button on the Density option.
