I thought I just needed to sync my account ( three bars > user name > sync now) and sign out before resetting my computer. After doing so I thought by signing in it would recover my bookmarks and passwords, etc. I did NOT do the proper way: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/switching-devices which I realized after performing the reset.

Am I completely SOL? Or is there a way to recover these - I really hope there is I had a lot of bookmarks.

If your email and 2FA fails and lost recovery keys and lost password to reset then there is nothing more that can be done as this is just user help forum and when your locked out of your email or forget your 2FA and or recovery key it's a lost account.
