email serserver settings

I just changed email server and account settings now display this

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://messenger/content/am-server.xhtml Line Number 171, Column 21: 

                   <menuitem < pre>

Thunderbird does not confirm delivery.

Two step notification emails are not sent.

Any and all help would be appreciated.
