Can't remove the "List all tabs" button

more options

For some reason I can't seem to disable the "List all tabs" button that appears on the top right corner of Firefox anymore.

I have the about:config setting "browser.tabs.tabmanager.enabled" set to "false", but the button still shows up all the time and it is pretty distracting from my usually clean Firefox interface.

Does anyone have a solution to permanently remove that button?

Chosen solution

The about:config way no longer works. To get rid of it now see: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1466632#answer-1678349

It has been said that it will be made removable "Soon."

Thanks a lot for the quick reply!

I'm glad to hear that they will allow us to hide that button again, in this case I will simply wait for that feature instead of attempting the other solution.
