I get a message I'm using 82% of my 100MB. I've deleted most of all my e-mails on 4 accounts but it shows up

can you post a screenshot of your profile's account folder? you can get there by

  1. help?troubleshootinginformation
  2. scroll down to 'profile folder' in left side
  3. click 'open folder
  4. if IMAP, click the Imapmap folder and then the account folder and do screenprint
  5. if POP, select the Mail folder and then the account folder and do screenshot
