Hi, I get a message "No video with supported format and MIME type" when I try to watch movies on my website : https://www.spiriferminerals.com/product,25270,produkt.html The same movie works on Chrome but not on Firefox. Can you help ? Thanks ! Joanna

This could be a problem with missing HEVC support in Firefox. There is some support in Windows via WMF, but not for Mac/Linux.
