Cannot get camera and audio to work

I am attempting to do a live stream on Streamyard.com and cannot get my camera or audio to work. They work in Zoom and on that website in Chrome, so the problem appears to be specific to Firefox. In privacy and security, when I click on camera and microphone nothing is showing as having permission, and nothing can be added. I do not get the pop-up window asking whether I want to grant permission to the camera or microphone so I cannot unmute or activate the camera. Pop ups are not blocked so I should be seeing this message.
