Since using Thunderbird a contacts (Mac) window keeps popping up. How do I stop it?

Perhaps allow Thunderbird to read your mac contacts so you can use them to address mails? I really don't know as I don't use apple. But I do know you have to grant permissions for the read only access to contacts.
