dopo il passaggio a due riconoscimenti su ARUBA conformemente alle impostazioni richieste per l'europa la posta normale funziona normalmente mentre non posso inviare messaggi PEC

Se hai attivato l'autenticazione a 2 fattori, leggi la guida di Aruba per configurare i client -> https://guide.pec.it/posta-pec/gestione-account/password/come-generare-la-password-per-programma-di-posta.aspx

Altrimenti segui le indicazioni del messaggio ed assicurati che nelle impostazioni account il metodo di autenticazione per il server SMTP sia quello indicato da Aruba.
