Hi, it depends.

If you use a local mail program, you can copy/paste the file into a new message this way:

  • On Firefox's downloads list (Ctrl+J for the full list), click the folder icon on the right side of the entry for the PDF - this should open up Windows File Explorer with the file selected
  • Copy the file using either Ctrl+C or right-click > Copy
  • Open the message you want to send, click in the body, and Paste (Ctrl+V or right-click Paste)

If your mail program doesn't accept attachments by paste, you'll need to use whatever method your mail program prefers. For example, click the Attach File button and then go find the download wherever it is saved.

If you compose email messages in a tab in Firefox, you can start composing a new message and then click the add attachment button to open a file browsing window. Then go find the download wherever it is saved, and you can add it to your message.

Does one of those methods work for you?
