Firefox flashes for a second when opening, then disappears

I installed Firefox on my daughter's laptop (several times). Each time we try to open it, there is a quick flash of a window and then nothing. It does not not show up on the task manager. I restarted the computer. Reinstalled the program. And tried Refreshing it. I disabled pop-ups & deleted all anti-virus other than Defender. I tried setting firefox as default. Nothing worked. I am at the end of my knowledge. Would appreciate any help or ideas.

Your daughter's Microsoft account may have parental controls enabled which limits what browsers she can use, a parent account can remove this limitation or you can create a new account. Renaming firefox.exe to something else can get it working but this will break DRM protected videos.
