Cannot copy or move a mailing list from one address book to another address book.

Why isn't it possible to copy (or move) a mailing list from one address book to another? Contrary to what a post from 2016 says, drag and drop does not work. There is also no right-click option for copying or moving.

Are you referring to a normal contact with a email address to a mailing list or a contact list with email addresses that you put together? I was able to drag and drop a normal contact to another address book, but not a contact list.
