In Thunderbird I keep getting RETR errors, and I am unable to get out of troubleshoot mode. No solutions to either problem appear. I can only access my principle email through Comcast.

You are using 115.6.0? We just fixed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1854567
