How to import Mbox file as my ImportExportTools NG didn't have import mbox files option?

After adding ImportExportTools NG to my Thunderbird, I found out that I didn't have the option to import mbox files. I tried to close and reopen Thunderbird, but it still showed the same. By the way, in the Inbox, I could see the 'import mbox files' option, but it couldn't be clicked.

Create a subfolder of Local Folders, then right-click it (see picture).

You can't import mbox to an IMAP folder. Uploading to IMAP is more complex.
