did factory reset, lost bookmarks. tried article, changed profiles, still cannot find.

It is not unusual for me to have trouble following articles. I looked at restore, said would be a list of dated automatic backups, I do not see anything. I tried switching profiles, only have 2, i see no difference. please help. I'm on a Surface Pro, windows 11
