Installation of Thunderbird 115 on Windows 11 doesn't even start

I downloaded the installation file for Thunderbird 115, English (British) edition. When I try to install it I get " Can not create temp folder archive"

Chosen solution

The solution was simple. Right click the downloaded <Thunderbird Setup 115.0.exe> and select <Run as administrator>
