Trouble connecting to my Gmail account

I am trying to set up my personal Gmail account in Thunderbird. I am also using Thunderbird for my work account. THAT account (also a Gmail account through my employer) is up and running, however my credentials are being rejected for the personal account.

I have followed the setup instructions, and verified my username/password..

Any suggestions?

Nevermind! I got it... for future reference, the user name is your email address WITHOUT the "@gmail.com" (3 days to figure that out!)
