downgrade to 32 bit

Hi, I know there's a previous post on going from 64 bit to 32 bit but I can not get it to work. Is there anyone that can give me instructions on how to do this? Quickbooks will not work with the 64 bit version.

You can uninstall the 64-bit version and keep profile - but I suggest doing a backup of profile first. And then install the 32-bit version. If it doesn't immediately recognize the profile, you could use the tools>import function.

Ok but when I try to do that, I don't see a 32 bit option. The installer just automatically installs the 64 bit version.

Thanks. Why isnt it easy to find this 32bit download link from the main Thunderbird download page. It used to be an option, labeled something like "other languages and versions".
