I'm playing bridge on BBO (Bridge Base Online) and sometimes need to contact their support but it hasn't functioned fro two years. Furthemore, I have the same problems with the support address to SVENSKA BRIDGEFÖRBUNDET. Sorry, I have no better information to give you. I'm hopeless in front of all computers. Thunderbird is an email client. It does not do investigations on why a particular website doesn't reply to emails.
