Looks like you purchased a 12 month subscription of Mozilla VPN. https://www.mozilla.org/products/vpn/

If you change your mind on this purchase you can try and get a refund if within 30 days since purchase. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-vpn-faq#w_what-is-your-refund-policy
