Every time i try to play video from my online class i get the following message- "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." I have to quit Firefox and restart and then it will play. If i happen to pause it (say for dinner) and come back an hour later, I have to once again Quit and restart even though not even used my laptop (Macbook Air version 10.15.7) Very frustrating, especially if other tabs open. Please advise. I have done the most recent Firefox update. Thank you

This is problematic since no one else can login to the class to view the video to know what is happening. Did you ask your online class support IT to verify when they use Firefox they get the same issue?
