2 questions. First with the new Mozilla-"clear browsing data"- I clear the first three and then go to sign out. Before signing out I use C Clean. There seems to be more data to be cleared. Would like to remove CClean if it is unnecessary. Can you provide insight?

I use a website that has become slow. The website support suggest that it is due to the browser. I use firefox. Can you suggest anything to trouble shoot this slowness?
