click address bar, didn't change to english after version 108.

I'm Korean, so using 2 input language Korean, English. In previous versions, clicking the address bar (or CTRL+L) when typing Korean changed the input language to English. but after v108 it doesn't change. still input Korean. Is there a setting to change this to the previous version? it so uncomfortable!
