Auto play on web sites
How do I stop websites from auto playing videos that I don't click on? Don't remember this being a problem before the latest updates. Getting tired of wasting my limited, paid for, data.

That is from the site the browser can't control autoplay unless the site gives you the option to play or stop. Otherwise your going to have to use Addon from Firefox addon page that stops AutoPlay until you click or hover over the video in question.
You can look at these prefs on the about:config page to see what settings work for you to block autoplay.
- media.autoplay.default = 5 [0:allow;1:blockAudible;5:blockAll]
- media.autoplay.blocking_policy = 2
- media.autoplay.allow-extension-background-pages = false
- media.autoplay.block-event.enabled = true
- media.block-autoplay-until-in-foreground
You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I accept the risk!" to continue.
