Mozilla Thunderbird update 102.5.0 (32-bit)

I was quite comfortable, having long time experience to manage Thunderbird previous version. I don't want to start over to learn to manage the new Ver. 102.5.0 (32-bit). How do I go back to older version without loosing any information. Shall I execute Thunderbird Setup 68.3.0 or ?

BTW...I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
