Updated to Tbird 102.5.0 1) the right click tag menu no longer displays the tag colors 2) the Help menu links are AWOL Default theme, no extensions.

The first issue you describe has a workaround listed at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1711813#c10

The second is recently reported and will likely be fixed in the coming weeks.
