Videos in my ArcGIS StoryMap do not play in the Firefox browser. They work fine in Chrome and Edge browsers.

Installing the Flash Player plugin did not seem to help.

Can others view this to verify the issue or not? If not then and this is a login system then this makes it harder for others to know what is happening.
