Aktuální verze je 102.2.1 - http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/thunderbird/releases/102.2.1/win64/cs/ Pokud ji máte a nefunguje to, zkuste Režim řešení potíží.

Spustil jsi to v tom režimu řešení? Je to v menu Nápověda (stejně jako u Firefoxu). https://support.mozilla.org/cs/kb/rezim-reseni-potizi-v-thunderbirdu

Pomalost Thunderbirdu tady nevyřešíme. Zkus autory: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org
