I can't send emails! Any ideas as to why, much appreciated!
I've just updated my Thunderbird email software. Now, each time I try to send an email I get this error message: "SMTP AUTH is required for message submission on port 587." Not knowing what this means has effectively disabled the software as an email client for me. Can anyone advise me what action I need to take please?

Without knowing your details, the message indicates that a password is needed in your SMTP setup. This is to confirm to the email host that you are a legitimate user of their servers.
