My bookmark is now synced correctly

Hi support team,

I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Could you help with this?

Hi

Firefox Sync is designed to help transfer bookmarks and user credentials between copies of Firefox.

If you have disposed of or formatted the old device without taking a backup of your Firefox profile, it will not be possible to recover the lost data.
