When you send direct using webmail, you are already on the server. When you send via an email client it has to use smtp protocol and it is sent to smtp server. Then server applies spam filters which reject the email.

This is not Thunderbird. The server has rejected the email and they have told you why in that error message. IP address is in an RBL. https://spamhaus.org/query/ip/136.54.62.175

When I use the link your error message provided, it goes to this:

I also checked it using mxtoolbox

Is the IP address 136.54.62.175 used by your computer ?

Is it possible your accelerongroup.biz mail account is using the wrong smtp server or wrong smtp server settings?

re: everything was also find too before we entered our email signature.

The image you posted does not look like any signature is added.

It is possible you have created a signature which is triggering the spam filter.

Did you create the signature using Thunderbird 'Write' to compose the signature which you then saved as a HTML file to a suitable location on computer and then instructed Thunderbird to use that HTML file in the Account Settings > select: 'attach the signature from a file instead'? Does the signature contain images that are stored on your computer? Does signature contain several links or remote content?
