Hello,

I use a 2019 Macbook Pro. While I was out of the country for a few months last winter, I left my computer behind and used my work laptop only. When I returned and performed a few updates to my Macbook, I noticed that each time I want to use Firefox (when restarting my computer), I have to download it and sign in (which also prompts a new sign-in email from Firefox). I never had this issue before on my computer or any prior computer, so I'm wondering if it's a basic fix to where I could use it each time I restart my computer without having to go through the process of downloading and signing in. It doesn't take much time, just an additional minute or so each time I want to sign in, which gets a bit annoying. Please let me know.

Thanks,

Dan

Make sure you install Firefox properly and that you do not launch Firefox from the DMG (Disk Image) file.

Open the Firefox Disk Image file and drag the Firefox application to the Applications folder on your hard drive. You shouldn't double-click the Firefox application to run it from the Disk Image, but instead drag it out of the DMG folder.
