On your old computer, Quit Thunderbird and confirm that it's not running in the background, then go to the %AppData% folder. Copy the Thunderbird folder located here, to an external drive.

On your new computer, Quit Thunderbird and go to the %AppData% folder. Delete or rename the existing Thunderbird folder, then copy the one in the external drive to this location. Launch Thunderbird.
