Is it possible to use the keyboard only to adjust the width of the browser window? In other words, is there an alternative to clicking and dragging the mouse to change the browser size?

On Windows and Linux there is the system menu that you can open via "Alt+Space" where you have a Resize menu item. I don't think the Mac has such a system menu and that only leaves you with using the mouse.
