I want to migrate from outlook 2007 to Thunderbird 91

I try to migrate email from outlook 2007 to thunderbird 91 but it did not work. I receive error ( attach error file ).

-I set my windows default app for mail to outlook and it does not work. -I close my outlook and try to import in thunderbird still it does not work.

Please advise.
