All Downloads Fail Immediately

Hey all, I am having a problem where all downloads fail immediately. Doesn't matter what, they all fail. This started about a month ago. I saw someone else changed something in the About:Config (browser.cache.disk.parent_directory), but I don't even see that line in my config. Also, about the time this problem started I cannot print anything (printer stuck in spooling), and I cannot run any built in troubleshooter. Don't know if these are separate issues or if they are related.

I got it figured out. When the last Windows update was downloaded apparently something didn't make it to my laptop correctly. I fooled around with updates and got everything back, so this one is done.
