I'm making this thread since the previous one was closed and provided no real solution, yet the result shows on the very top of Google. So I like to provide helpful information to others in my answer below.

Chosen solution

The last version of Firefox for Android Kitkat version 4.4 is Firefox 68. It can be found on the official Mozilla server or on APKmirror (signature is same with Play Store version).

Before anyone says something against this: No, it is not bad to pick up this Firefox version. Google already dropped support for Chrome for Android below 6. Android 4.4 can't install System Webview updates (and support is dropped too). If an user wants to keep browsing on a device with this old Android version, picking this Firefox 68 version is among the most secure choices compared to the alternatives. Picking a browser from 2020 is definitely better than using the built-in Android 4 browser from 2013. Especially given the current tensions in the world, it is great when people have options to make the best out of what they have.

I hope this helps people who find this through Google!

I installed Firefox 68.11.0 on my Android 4.4.4 phone by clicking https://download.mozilla.org/?product=fennec-latest&os=android&lang=multi
