how to edit userChrome.css for firefox to look as if it was in fullscreen mode, but in a window?

Basically, I want to remove toolbar, bookmark bar, tabbar, so that there is only the webpage and the window title. I would like to have this effect, so that I can make a website look like a PWA. How could I do this?
